A Unicorn in Philadelphia
This project features the unicorn of all rowhouses in Philadelphia, the double-wide. Sought after but rarely achieved, the comfort of two lots makes for some fantastic opportunities. We were lucky to have a fantastic family to work for in this project. There are literally windows—everywhere. Breezes and daylight abound. Enjoy the views of this sweet project. Painted black wood spindles with a natural oak handrail connect the three floors of the home. The owners found the most beautiful stone for the kitchen, a Vermont Danby Marble that rivals all the Carrera and Calcutta we’ve seen lately, and it’s local!
